Prices for all items on the site are available on request.
All items on the site are photographed under professional conditions and we have taken great care to describe each item accurately and fully. We always provide information about condition, and should you require it a full condition report it is available prior to purchase.
All items must be fully paid for before shipment.
We accept payment by Paypal, cheques or bank transfers
Shipping charges are not included in the Selling Price and will be charged to the purchaser of an item. Our preferred method of shipping is with Fedex or by recorded postal delivery. Shipments will be made within four business days after full payment is received. Other shipping methods such as by other courier services can be arranged. We will not post unrecorded items that are not signed for on receipt.
Please notify us of any insurance claim for items damaged during transit within two days of receipt. Full details of any damage should be provided via email, along with photographs.
However if you are not happy with your purchase you may return it to us. To do so, you must inform us (with reasons) within 4 days of receipt of the item and return it within 5 days of receipt. The buyer is responsible for the full cost of the returned item, including freight, insurance, and packing; no refund will be made for such costs. Returned items must be insured by the customer against loss or damage for their full value. Returned items must be received in the same condition as when they were shipped. Items that have been damaged, altered, or tampered with cannot be returned. Refunds will be issued after receipt and inspection of the returned item(s).
