This haori is more subdued than most of the other examples. Instead of strong, contrasting colours there are four shades of green giving a dappled effect of leaves in a forest. Tumbling autumn leaves highlight the soft greens. Bands of thicker, lighter coloured wefts also brighten the design. Once again there is no visible background, the vegetation completely fills it in.
